About us

The Inclusionz Charity was established in 2020 to promote diversity and inclusion for all New Zealanders.

New Zealand has long been a melting pot for many cultures, with Auckland being the fourth most culturally diverse city globally. Generally, we can say we get on well as a society, yet there are still many among us who feel uncomfortable around ethnic communities.

For this reason, we created Inclusionz to promote harmony in the wider community and help everyone feel included.

Our mission

The mission of the Inclusionz team is to promote diversity and inclusion for all New Zealanders. Starting in Auckland, we offer free cultural tours and workshops to those who would like to experience something new and better understand our ethnic communities. Through these interactions, we can improve our overall sense of community and belonging.

Our vision

For everyone in New Zealand to feel like they belong.

What we do

Our cultural events help you get to know your local ethnic communities better, and in doing so, promote understanding and acceptance of our differences.

We currently run events across Auckland with tours to places of worship and cultural significance. Our workshops let you experience a whole host of artistic traditions and some lesser-known facets of ethnic community life.

We encourage our guests to actively participate in our activities, including music, dance, talks, storytelling, crafts, drama, visual arts, cooking presentations, and more.

Inclusionz activities are particularly beneficial for the physical and psychological well-being of those who find themselves feeling isolated or disadvantaged at times.
